Rihanna has stylists who get their inspiration from history. Keke seems like she (and her friends) styles herself and gets in inspo from Rihanna and mags but so do a lot of chicks her age.
The thing with Keke is that she isn't an originator, she is an around the girl, she doesn't have that "it" factor. She's also very animated and not easily digestible for mainstream audiences unless she's toned down.
It seems like all she gets is criticism. She does have the same aesthetic as riri, which is gamine but I don't think she is as sexy/romantic as she tries to be whereas it comes off natural to Ri.
I think because of in the industry that she's in she tries to sell sex when she's way more fun/natural/girl next door.
Basically, Keke is more hood, less hard and less ho-ish. She's at the age where she is experimenting tho so I think we should allow her that space to.

I think she would do great adopting her own style. She will find it soon. Seems like she is trying to break in the music industry. Maybe she thinks copying Rihannas winning formula will get her going but that rarely never works.

I don't get that vibe from Zendaya but I feel like she may also have more support backing her. I do feel like colorism and classism has a part in it but it's only cause like I said they're personalities wouldn't make them a universal star. They're niche and not digestible for mainstream.
Keke if marketed correctly does great with young folks like scream queens. She seems relatable and should probaby stick to acting and tv.
