I'm not really looking forward to this because some things need to be a full series. There's no way in hell to truncate the story into a 2 hour movie.

I'm still in but I agree this would have been better as a series. Death Note had a lot of rules that made it make "sense" as the anime series went on and I don't think the movie will be able to go into all that.

They're going to have L catch Light early on. They're not going to be able to build up to Kira being a global phenomenon which kills the threat and overall impact of the Note.

Actually almost farthest from that. He did acting in school from high school through college and made no inroads and gave up. It wasn’t until a short film he did in college got turned into a feature film and he got brought in re-play his role, and he decided to go all in as a method actor. That got him into Selma.
him and the blue ranger both dope upcoming actors
