You are working your pelvic floor muscles, which is what keeps you from pissing, and shytting on yourself. Why do you think some old people need diapers, or some women piss on themselves when they laugh?. It's because they have weak pelvic floor muscles. Kegels are cool, but you can weaken your pelvic muscles if you always do them, and eat very little fat since they use mostly fat for energy.

The reason men do kegels is because, by having a strong pevlic floor, you will have a stronger penis, better blood flow to your testicles, and that means better sex. The same for women except, it will help keep that coochie wet, give them a strong grip, and have a better libido. You are also activating your parasympathetic nervous system when you do kegels during sex, which means longer sex, and harder erections. You are also squeezing your prostate which means a strong orgasm, and a healthy prostate. The women will love you for it. Once you do it correctly, you will see what I mean. When I pass 40, if there's an issue I will pop pills. human penises evolved more flexible than other primates because that's what women prefer.. so don't make ur deck into a steel rod.

I don't think I agree with that theory, especially from what I experienced. A soft noodle won't hit them walls, like a hard one. Once you hit them walls, and stretch them, she will love your ass. I can't see doing that with a ramen noodle.

I'm going by you stating that the penis evolved to be more flexible because women preferred it, but that doesn't make sense to me since the only time they experience our penis is when we have sex with them, and we are hard/stiff, so I don't understand that theory. I explained why kegels is good in my previous post.

Trust me when you hit them walls, along with that clit, it sends her into a whole other world. There is a secret to doing it. The clue is kegels during sex, but I explained what will happen to you if you are not truly ready to do it.

It makes no sense to you because of how you view the way a person has sex with the penis. Considering how women love you when you flex your penis inside of them(kegels), either from cumming or doing it intentionally like I do, there must be a reason why you are able do it, so I use it for that. The pelvic floor is a muscle, not your knees, it will get stronger the more you exercise. Again, as long as you eat the right foods, it won't get weaker but stronger. By not doing anything it will get weaker, and that means no running, constant sitting, no ejaculations or kegels, or no type of squatting/deadlifts.

Your dikk isn't being exercised per se, it is just moving based on the fact the ligaments is connected to the pubic bone area which is part of your pelvic floor muscle. This is why when you have a strong pelvic muscle, your dikk goes straight up when you are erect. When it is weak your penis goes straight or down when you have an erection or will be hard for you to stay or become erect.

I studied this for years, plus experienced this, so I'm not just making this up. Do what you feel though, more power to you.
