You are working your pelvic floor muscles, which is what keeps you from pissing, and shytting on yourself. Why do you think some old people need diapers, or some women piss on themselves when they laugh?. It's because they have weak pelvic floor muscles. Kegels are cool, but you can weaken your pelvic muscles if you always do them, and eat very little fat since they use mostly fat for energy.
The reason men do kegels is because, by having a strong pevlic floor, you will have a stronger penis, better blood flow to your testicles, and that means better sex. The same for women except, it will help keep that coochie wet, give them a strong grip, and have a better libido. You are also activating your parasympathetic nervous system when you do kegels during sex, which means longer sex, and harder erections. You are also squeezing your prostate which means a strong orgasm, and a healthy prostate. The women will love you for it. Once you do it correctly, you will see what I mean. Just don't do it, and you eat a lot of carbs/sugar, very little fats or your testosterone is low because that means you will bust FAST, and she will be laughing at you.
BTW, there are other ways to work your pelvic floor muscles such as squatting or doing deadlifts. Even running will work it out a little. Constantly sitting down weakens it.
