We just had a show where a women’s match received a crazy crowd reaction for 3 minutes and that was before they even locked up.

I’d give it a 7. The women’s title match was the only meh match, but it gets a pass since Hayter is injured.
and the last two matches are at least AEW Match of the Year contenders.
I don't really go for the Deathmatch style so that main event was excess, and not in a good way. Tony seems to lean on that to differentiate his brand though and if the majority like it, good for them I guess. 
I'm not even going to front, time went by fast during Battleground. I had so much fun watching that shyt despite not know who the hell some of the wrestlers were.DON just felt like a bloated tumor with good anesthesia.
Side note. I like violent rasslin (watch Maclin vs PCO from last Friday's Impact ppv if you want some piff), so I decided yesterday to watch the so-called Elite vs the BCC.I don't really go for the Deathmatch style so that main event was excess, and not in a good way. Breh I knew the match was going to be a mess. Not a good sloppy hardcore mess like some shyt you would see at GCW (They immune because lmao GCW), but a uncoordinated fukking mess.
