The interesting thing about this case is a particular gun.

When the puppet master gave AOD Keefe number along with some questions that Keefe ego would cause him to hang himself by answering it was game over. After watching Keefe-D's confession series on that channel it was clear him being indicted was inevitable. I don’t think Keefe D will get life for this. There are so many conflicting accounts on who shot Pac and where the gun came from. The witness will have to testify in court, if Keefe D doesn’t take a plea, and be cross-examined. I also wonder under what circumstances the witness is cooperating with investigators under because that could work against the prosecution.

Based on that book’s excerpt, Keefe D is going to claim Pac shot first and someone in his backseat returned fire. I would love to see the proffer agreement and his testimony transcripts.
