I obviously wasn't there but over the years have read A LOT of credible/non credible, like a half dozens books, court docs, all the news stories,

and the Puff/Keefe D convo took place at Greenblatts Deli, right next to the Comedy Store on Sunset. It wasn't like a formal business meeting, that's obvious, but it was more like Puff said to Keefe, who was in his corner at the time, I want those two gone
