Also Keefe is charged with "open murder" which essentially means they don't have to declare initially if its first, second degree, manslaughter etc the specifics of that will be determined in trial based on proofs. Regardless if they get him on any of the gang enhancement stuff (which I assume they will at least be able to do that) as an already felon he's dying in prison. And the fact he was running around in interviews saying the Vegas prisons are soft and the inmates aren't bout it like in So Cal i'm sure it's not gonna be a fun stay for him.
