Ngl charges seem weak, they really don't have evidence that he actually committed the murder. Yes he was in the vehicle which he admitted but they need more than that, maybe proof he passed the weapon or the weapon itself.

The only thing they've revealed so far is they're using his own words against him and they also recovered evidence at his home that corroborates with what was at the shooting. This definitely doesn't seem like a weak case to me. We just gotta wait until the trial and see what evidence is produced.
