I like Vassell but I agree. It seems like they're better at drafting mid to late 1st than in the lotto. Hopefully they don't fukk up this year.
Some mock drafts have the Spurs taking Kai Jones (C).
He's athletic but thin. Not sure how consistent his jumper is.

They also need some shooters who don't take 7 years to get their shot off. Spurs seem to have some of the slowest release in the league.
I like Vassell, but he needs to play faster. Just my opinion. We didn't see a whole lot of him this past season.
Yup we way too guard heavy so Vassell didn't get much PT. I actually like Kai Jones and think he'd fit in perfect. Just need to add some weight and develop his PnR game.
