When I’ve exercised really hard or just been in a zone working or whatever...there have been times I don’t feel pain or muscle fatigue in the moment.

But that pain or fatigue is immediately noticeable shortly after I have cooled down.

I can go hard at 6pm and not feel a thing. By 9, after I’ve showered and sat down, I feel every goddamn thing.

I’ve never had something miraculously ache 18 hours later. But whatever.
That just mean that you haven't experienced the full range of issues.

I've had plenty of injuries that didn't fully manifest until the next day. It's not "miraculous." It's the changes that happen due to the lack of use over the night and other factors. It comes 24-48 hours after exercise and is so common it has a name - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness

Post-workout soreness usually peaks 24-48 hours after what we would consider muscle-damaging exercise. This delayed pain is termed delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and occurs because once muscle is damaged during exercise, the repair process takes time to proceed.

It’s ridiculous to suggest that Kawhi would be a sidekick. Especially as the years progress. Kawhi is setting himself up nicely if he signs in 2019. Only three years of sharing the team with LeBron where it’ll be 1a/1b moreso, then Bron retires and Kawhi is in his early 30s and the young players are just reaching their prime years.

Kawhi signing with the Lakers outright next season after the team has had time to gel and gain much needed experience will put GOAT franchise in prime position to get rid of the Warriors.

:laff: you nikkaz delusional as fukk with thinking Bron sharing the spotlight with anybody as long as he's on a NBA roster

Bron is at the point in his career where he truly wants to give the keys to someone else. Kyrie was averaging more shots per game than Bron. Problem is the cavs didnt have that guy anymore when Kyrie got traded. He wouldn't mind kawhi taking more shots or even letting lonzo handle the rock for a large portion of the game. He'll just need it in his hands at the end of games or if the other team goes on a run and the lakers offense is in a little drought.

come on bruh....this Bron we talking about. If that was the case, he woulda been or signed with a team that would have allowed himself to play off the ball or 2nd fiddle or within an offensive system. It'll be the same 36 plus minutes a game Bron talking almost 20 shots a game.

Kyrie took more shots and had a higher usage than lebron...of course the spotlight is gonna be more on lebron compared to the likes of kyrie or kawhi

He's an older guy now which is why kyrie averaged more shots per game than Bron:manny: So he's already proven he'll let someone else shoot more than him. Kawhi could extend brons playing career cause its less of a load on his older body. I think Bron is smart enough to understand he can no longer do everything for a team. It's one of the reasons he left Cleveland:yeshrug:

Kyrie took one more shot a game than Bron while they had the same usage rate basically. Again, Bron gonna play 36 plus a game and be ball dominant and took more shots than anybody in the playoffs

Kyrie averaged 19 shots a game and Bron averaged 18, that ain't a big ass difference. And even that season, Bron had more FGA's that playoffs than anybody.

But if he ball hogged yet kyrie took more shots does that mean the cavs played kyrie ball instead of bron ball? And he's gonna be a couple of years older since they played together. He looked tired this past postseason. He can't do what he used to do. He needs a guy like kyrie or Kawhi to share the team with. He even needs a guy like Lonzo to help him with the ball handling.

Again, Bron is ball dominant and Kyrie took one more shot than him during the reg season yet Bron averaged more shots than anybody that postseason.

And don't speak on him and Kawhi playing together until it's official . I still have hope we'll figure this out :mjcry:. I actually don't, I know Kawhi wit SA is over with, but I gotta pretend like it isn't. fukk Michigan
