Let another man hold your own decision making (which effects your MONEY and livelihood) hostage because you want to “run it back” brehs.

We should have all learned from Lebron’s second decision in 2014, where his BEST friend Wade and loyal teammate Chris Bosh allowed themselves to be held hostage until Lebron decided to go back to Cleveland.

Superstar players live by superstar rules. Its not Kawhi’s, Lebron’s, and KD’s responsibility to to whats in the best interests of these organizations or the other players. Every man has his own destiny and the ones who are blessed enough to make their own decisions make them for THEM and them alone. I don’t know how many more examples we need before everyone figures out that “waiting” on superstars doesn’t help their own situations

You're looking at this wrong

Green gonna sign where he's gonna sign and get the money he's gonna make regardless if he signed last week or next week. A solid 3 and D man with championship experience. No shortage of suitors.

He wants to see if Kawhis coming back because if so I'm assuming Masai will resign him. He clearly has a strong preference for running it back with a championship team

I can't imagine Kawhi dragging this into Sunday. He's going to make so the Lakers won't have that 32 mil available for him anymore.

$190 million for 5 years with a championship team and a COUNTRY who considers you their king ain't a hard decision :childplease:

Or taking a 2 year deal to get the $256 million max after ain't hard either :dahell:

Dude just struggling because he wants to be home :rudy:

Like he can't just live at home on his off season

dk about the title, but if Kawhi returns, the Raptors would have just as good a chance to get back to the Finals. Bucks & Sixers got weaker, Nets will be w/o KD for the year, Boston imo made a lateral move but we'll see with Tatum now free to be more of a focus what they do, & Indy is alright but still no Oladipo.
Yea, all the "Raps ain't gon win next year" stuff sounds a lot like the "Raps ain't gon win this year" stuff during the Philly and Bucks series. Raps arguably have a better path now compared to last year since GS downgraded from KD, and the jury will be out on how the Sixers and Bucks cope with their changes/subtractions.

I think the issue is if he doesn't want to do 1+1 and is looking for long term. Because after next year the Raps team as currently constructed may not exist (pretty much everyone off the books and Lowry/Gasol geriatrics), and so you'd be relying on Masai rebuilding around KL + Siakam on the fly, pipe dreams of Giannis, etc.

Compared to KL + Anthony Davis in LA, and still having at least another year of Bron before that.
