It's going to take more than the qualifying offer to sign him anyway, so the spurs don't really achieve anything in this scenario except for tying up cap space...

With Kawhi coming back Kyle minutes are going to go down a lot anyway so he might be looking to leave off the strength of that...

The QO lets you have right of refusal though and it depresses his value especially in a summer where very few teams have cap room

If there's word of lebron coming to san Antonio then you know Danny gonna opt out to take less. If Rudy opts in hed be easy to trade since its 1 year and it's the mle. Trade him to okc for a 2nd rounder or some shyt

1st Round Playoff Exits
If they looking to keep Anderson it makes it almost impossible to get Bron unless he plays for a bit of a discount

They need to renounce him to have as much money as they can...which is the opposite of what the article about him says
You know damn well LeBron to SA isnt a thing

The Gasol deal is a killer. Mills also should be getting the MLE or under, don't know why they overpaid him.

Rudy Gay is at the MLE... and Green is just above it.

Pau deal is only partially guaranteed for next year if he is on a roster by a certain date. So it is effectively a one year deal. If it comes to getting rid of him it won't be that hard, you are probably going to have to give up a future first...or the 18th pick in this year draft...or derrick white...but really pau is only getting traded to make room for lebron or paul george...and if he add that pick or young player to him you will get plenty of teams to bite. You pretty much get a late first round pick for 1 year of Pau. And Pau is not going to want to play on a trash team so he is going to be down to talk buyout so you might not even have to pay his whole salary for next year.

The mills deal is bad...but it is made to look worse cause the spurs have 5 guys who should be point guards...parker, mills, murray, white, forbes...Murray is locked in as the starter going forward...and white REALLY should be the backup...and splitting time at the two...so you really should be set but you got 3 other guys who kind of need to play their to be successful...but i feel that he can be traded to philly pretty easily after they chase lebron and pg and strike out...and i expect them to chase both and strike out on both...parker needs to go somewhere else and while i was all in on bryn...white is going to be much better at him than everything except shooting so he probably need to go to...
