CRC was paid $10,000 by Potomac Communications Group, for which Aleksei Kiselev worked. Kiselev also worked for Paul Manafort to assist Yanukovych.
What a small, small world.
Should note CRC’s registration was after the fact — they were contracted for April-October 2003. Why so late?
