Then whoever bails him out, bails him out again
When you bail somebody out, if they don't show up.. YOU GET IN TROUBLE
Now if one of us were to get locked up, you can get bailed out
But if you keep fukking up, they don't let you out as easily
And if you was wildin out, a danger to the public? They'd keep your ass locked up til you pass certain types of psychiatric evaluations
But maybe I got it wrong and they stopped doing that, even if you getting locked up 1.5x per day on average

I think Katt was one of those types in Hollywood- before he became a household name-that he fukked with anyone and everything just to get hot. I mean you got people out here in LA that will do whatever it takes, hang with people that aren't good for them, etc just to blow or get some type of fame. People that might not do drugs but if they're at a certain home or party and say for instance coke is being passed around.. they'll do some lines. Or they might be straight but if there's some gay shyt jumpin' off they partake in it just to be "in".
instead of backing off and say to themselves, "nah I don't do that type of shyt, I'mma make it regardless".. they partake in everything that's presented to them. There's alot of people out here like that. There are evil forces out there in this world but you gotta take the high road and refrain from that. I think Katt was one of these types, and this is stricktly my own opinion, not saying its fact. But he fits the description. Like why is he being managed by Suge? That leads to nothing but downfall and death right there. Plus the drugs, alcohol, paranoia,etc is making things ten times worse
