I’m not sure about the size of the Karmelo Kid but Austin was a 6’1 varsity middle linebacker that was getting actively recruited by D-1 schools.

shyt, for some reason pepper spray scares off more people than knives do. People think they can wrestle a knife away which will create a conflict but nobody wants to get pepper sprayed in the eyes. Knives often leads to two people losing: one loses their life, the other gets legal issues. Pepper spray means two people walk away and you can keep a crowd off of you.

Physical altercation is the last resort if Pepper Spray doesn’t stop them (and they’ll be fighting badly hampered at that point, easy pickings).
