one of the most fun movies ive watched in a while. the violence was :ohlawd:. 3D was good. Urban played the part perfectly.

I wouldn't mind a sequel. The movie wasn't bad at all. Much better than the Stallone one.

Does anyone know what came out around the same time? Maybe that had something to do with the relatively lackluster box office performance. :ld:

"A paltry $6 million over a slow weekend in September, competing with the likes of a Clint Eastwood baseball movie [Trouble With The Curve], a cheesy horror flick [House At The End Of The Street], and a cop drama [End Of Watch], DREDD 3D was buried, making only half of what its competition pulled in, which, aside for End Of Watch, had negative reviews.

I could see End of Watch (decent movie. I liked it) and House at the End (:snoop: I wanted my money back) of the Street taking its shine.
