Karens are upset that “King Richard” focuses on a black man.

The first Karen said she knows zero about the film but based her opinion on the trailer.:dead:

They’re from Cali.. wenching and bucking is an inescapable curse if you’re raised there. Something in their lack of water.
I said this and they got tight. :pachaha:

The problem with some these "well meaning" White feminists is that they assume the dynamics between Black men and women are the same to them and White men, so they jump in bashing Black men because they think all Black women will agree and be on the same page when that's not going to be the case.

They also forget that Black men collectively are oppressed and unprivileged as well. While that doesn't put us above any valid criticism as individual human beings, they can't really tackle us from the same place they tackle their own male counterparts.

This summaries the situation exactly. Black men don’t benefit nor partake in the toxicity of western white-male patriarchal structure at all. So trying to use and remix the same feminist talking points will continue to fall on deaf-ears since it doesn’t fit. There was definitely a coordinated attempt here to make an argument for something that the majority of people in real life know to be false.

People can call me paranoid, but I cannot look at these events in isolation.

Will Smith was Hollywood's darling. People can say he started starring in trash films but Wild Wild West was a thing.

The hate came in when he started trying to elevate his son. The moment people saw pursuit of happiness was not a one time thing, the knives came out.

There was over slick shyt around that time like some gay reporter trying to kiss. That they tried calling him homophobic on a natural response to sexual assault tells me that they're were hoping for him to say something that would ruin his career.

Past year has been consistent attacks on his masculinity. I'm pretty sure that these movies are planned years in advance.

My view is that the powers that be don't want positive images associated with black fatherhood.

It is super weird that liberal White people hate when successful Black people love and credit their fathers for their successes. From Tiger Woods, to Michael Jordan to the Williams sisters, to Kobe Bryant. On and on and on. It is like these racist ass people realize that the love and power of the Black father can help their children overcome all of the obstacles that society will throw in the way of Black children.

That is why the liberal white people glorify Black people dysfunction which they know begins when they can remove the father from the home. It is truly sick that those racists work overtime on the destruction of the Black family and it is even sicker that Black people fall into the trap.

Paternalistic racism at play.

They'd feel differently if the story was centred on a white coach, spotting the potential in black girls from a broken home, and pushing them to success.

It is a story that puts them in a position of influence. A story of a black man being a good father promotes independence.

By independence within our families and communities, and not being reliant on a white savior.

It does make me sick, but the upside is more people are paying attention to the plays.

There’s no such person, place or event such as a “well meaning” feminist. The white feminist movement was rooted in white supremacy. Nothing but a subversive anti-black movement functioning as a subset of any other racist white organization to infiltrate for the purpose of undermining black culture, finding false alliances with black women to cultivate contempt among the black race and undervaluing the contributions of black men under the false front of female empowerment rather than collective black power.

Do your research and you would know not to even say well meaning + feminism in the same sentence. Which is the same reason why white people have no authority in this conversation. And you’re also wrong in your position talking about “they forget” black men are underprivileged and oppressed- THEY don’t “forget”, “THEY” don’t care regardless. Don’t confuse white feminist vocalists for being vocal in this, a culture that they will never be a part of in the first place.

The man left his old family to start a new family. :manny: Celebrating him as a person is just weird. I’m still going to watch the movie.
This stupid ass bytch right here- that’s all the feedback that you have from this?? ^^ That’s between his wife and him, that has nothing to do with him contributing to his daughters being successful tennis circuits on the professional level. What the fuk does his relationship have to do with you?? Stop projecting your own dysfunctional decisions and lack of self worth/esteem on public message boards.

Just because your father seeded up your mother and left you no legacy and you repeated the same basic bytch pattern at 40+ years old, still struggling and uprooting trying to find your place in life as you bitter post on here instead of using the internet to promote values. Dumb fukkin ho- Didn’t you stan Derek Jaxn for years? But a man who actually helps his daughters to become women of worth is your issue. Like you are capable of determining who should be celebrated? When you were a super fan to a YouTube man as his faithful follower who inseminated other chicks not his wife as he talked about following vows.

No what’s weird is the fact that this modern day mammy bytch ^^let a random youtuber gas her head who turned out to be a married multiple body count serial cheater be celebrated but an actual black father who turned in his daughter into multimillionaires by actually focusing his time on letting them be great is the problem.
Y’all love talking about your “mouth pieces and the op was dripping with emotional manipulation “make time for yourself...I admire your resilience” :russ: no you don’t! He’s a modern day Derrick Jaxn. But if a baby mother, holding down a dude in jail, that needs her mom to watch her kids so she can travel two hours to spend the weekend with some dude, is the idea of winning, then go ahead.

This chick is a middle aged woman complaining online about how ugly she is and no one wants her like a 14 year old does on tik tok. She sends messages to Derrick Jaxn like he validated her in real life.
Lol so because I congratulated Derrick on weightloss and said he made us ugly/fat women feel special, I’m going to be quoted to death.

Nothing I said has changed. God forbid I believed a man could be good to women :lolbron:
:mjlol::mjlol:
Who the f is she to pass judgment when she has ZERO discernment on which men to celebrate. Imagine thinking an online YouTube male who hid his marriage and wife from the public, was sliding up in DMs, whose only purpose was to Scam and sham makes you feel special. What type of father raised this chick?? Log off and find a positive black man to interact with but I’m sure - I feel sorry for your son and even worse for your daughter (if you have one). Letting white feminist dictate your perception and getting dyckfished by Derrick as your male role model- you shouldn’t be celebrated as a mother. Life must be a constant b-movie blooper reel for you.
