Prosecutors are crazy to want to retry this. It's not a slam dunk case and they've already blown too much money on it.

She merked a cop tho, so I'm sure it's personal and (our) money's not an issue. I think that she's clearly guilty but they muddied things up enough to confuse 1-2 jurors imo

From what I've seen her defense team was great and the prosecutors were also trying to be cute having over 600+ exhibits. I think they should just leave it alone.

It looks like the Judge declared a mistrial without asking the jury if they were able to come to a conclusion on any of the charges. The jury found her not guilty of Murder 2 and fleeing the scene of the crime.
