After that rant and he went quiet up there. He knew something was gonna happen.
Think about it this way...think about MJ how he started spazzin. He died so the industry could get ahold of the Beatles archive. Kanye starts shytting on the industry and naming specific people - this dude is handcuffed the next day. What if he knew they were tired of his rants about living up to your potential and his wish to succeed at fashion etc - he was doing too much. What if someone decided he is worth more to them dead now than alive? Imagine what kind of sales records for his music etc would be broken if he passes.

You would be scared too. Let's go down the list:
1) Ye was in debt (allegedly) many millions to god knows who
2) Wife is robbed of millions (maybe due to Kanye's debt)
3) You have to split your time between family & career except you are running a perpetual music empire that needs constant attendance somewhere
4) Your mother succumbed trying to become more attractive & it ends in tragic mishap & carelessness from the doctor.
5) Every idea of yours costs so much money that you are more in debt with every passing one
6)You have more than your family to look after, you have all your employees under you
7)On top of that you have to be careful what you say in the media & then be ready to pull away
That's 7 good reasons to be scared.
but bottom line is he was right.
