He already did it with TLOP, so you're right. These chaotic rollouts only show him to be indecisive, impulsive, and show how insecure of an artist he has become. Between TLOP, Ye, JIK, the scrapped versions of Yandi, and this album....there are probably hundreds of incredible tracks that were scrapped and replaced with garbage......all because he no longer has a clear cut vision of what he wants to create when he's recording.
