I don’t think KSG, TLOP, Daytona or even Yeezus were weedplates IMO. What albums did you like the last decade ?

nothing after MBDTF tbh (I consider it a classic)

the album with Jay was alright, Yeezus was corny, TLOP was godawful I remember the only good track was a skit, haven't really checked for him after that

used to be a fan of Kanye, I just think he let his ego get the best of him, fell in with the wrong crowd and he tries way too hard to be edgy instead of focusing on the music side of things:yeshrug:

Fair enough but I meant albums in general not just Kanye albums.

More Ye gospel probably. No thanks. I don’t understand how he can’t just explore other sounds and themes but not curse or say sexual shyt…if the goal is to make music for god or whatever. I got no problem with gospel music btw it just sounds inauthentic from this dude.

I’d love for someone to straight up ask him…each album you dropped once sounded different from the previous one, but now you’re in a space where each sounds the same and has similar themes. What happened?

Which albums sound the same?

Thematically there's been a lot of overlap in all his music but the sound is almost always different.

Yea if you’re going to make Gospel at least make GOOD Gospel. SOULFUL Gospel. Kanye could easily get Kirk Franklin, Bebe & Cece Winans, Yolanda Adams, Shirley Caesar together like he did with all those rappers in the Hawaii and Wyoming sessions and bang out some dopeness. That watered down “Your my Chick-Fil-A” bullshyt ain’t the move
