As someone who was a hip-hop head from age like 12 to 33 (last year) who tired to start being a devout Christian so stopped listening to what I consider negative secular music, I can't tell you how much I appreciate Kanye making the music he does now. I used to love nothing more than testing out a new album in the whip and still miss listening to all the dope stuff I grew up on, but I get by listening to Jesus is King and some instrumental stuff. I haven't even been on these boards in over a year but just heard today that Ye is putting out a new album and had to come see what the coli had to say about it.

That Jesus Lord song is flames btw, Kanye is underappreciated and misunderstood by most

the spiritual journey you’re on breh breh. I’m on the same wave. I listen to a lot of Christian music but there are days I still get my HipHop in. Being older now I appreciate my Christian music and the worship I get to do and the mood it puts me in.
