The kid is probably one of these "raised on the internet" next gen kids that runs wild saying off the wall shyt on forums all day. Once you put your hands on someone in any capacity it can be spun into assault by a competent lawyer. So no, he should've just hit him like he did. The consequences are basically the same.

Yeah, but if you just pushing him around not even really physically assaulting to the point that you cause bruises or any real physical trauma, couldnt a good lawyer argue for a lighter sentence? Kanye's a celebrity so obvioiusly hes gonna have the best lawyers at hand so punking that bytch like I suggested wouldnt even result in a slap on the wrist for Kanye.
