Kanye will probably win this battle actually. There have been more than several occasions where the judge pleads innocent to the assault because it was prompted by racial verbal abuse
For example the black guy that knocked a nazi out cold for calling him a ******. the whole poolhall was behind the black guy. same happened to that black skater T.Kennedy who got into a fist fight on a plane when some passengers called him a ******, the cops came on the plane and the whole plane told the cops the white dudes started it by calling him a ******, the cops let TK go and the cacs got arrested for disturbance.
