No, but Lil Wayne death and Lamar Odom are narratives to gain clicks for ad revenue. Saying Kim is worth more than Kanye is a rather minor detail that doesn't affect them in anyway. TMZ is usually good about the smaller details. It's the sensational stuff that you have to be weary of.
