Where does it say this will be specifically for black people? The woman herself said she’s not doing something for just black people.

The plan says: “homebuyers who rent or live in historically redlined communities can apply for a federal grant of up to $25,000 to assist with down payments or closing costs”

She is restoring lands back to native Americans specifically. Not saying if you buy a home on a burial ground you can apply for a grant.

The plan on her site literally includes minorities and Latinos up and down. Not to mention it has a bunch of stipulations on it.

That shyt is going to two black people.

Don't be fooled, this isn't specifically for blacks. The program is for redlined communities. While redlining was a tactic to deprive blacks, ANYONE in these communities can take advantage of the plan. Also, who knows how many loopholes will allow rich real estate types to abuse it like all the other programs. It's being framed as "black" to make her look better.

What does this do for the millions of blacks people that are already homeowners? In 2017 44% of AA households were homeowners. What does this do for blacks that don’t live in redlined communities? It’s not a thorough enough proposal and is only going to benefit a small targeted demographic.
