My favorite Kamala moment was when Joe Biden won, and they were on that stage he jogged out on, and then all those brownish children where on stage and Kamala made sure to blatantly stand betweeen then and Joe Biden while they looked at fireworks because she knows he likes little kids.

That’s the part I find hilarious.

People on The Coli weren’t saying to respect the position when people in the WH were popping shyt on Trump and Pence, but now it’s a problem that it involves Harris.

You can’t help turn those positions into a joke and then get upset when people don’t respect them. That’s not how it works.
The irony of this is
It was disrespect then
And intended

People can openly disrespect someone and intend for it to be so

Which is literally the same in BOTH cases:dead:

The funny shyt is some mafukkas like in this situation it isnt disrespectful or intended:dead:

Not in any American military I have ever seen

Nah he roght. Even the most decorated e9 gotta stand when a bytchmade butterbar walk in. But if he got some sense, he already saying “as you were” before he even cross the room threshold

so just fukk my 21 years :russ: no E9 and any branch is standing for a 2LT and if that 2LT tried that bs I can almost guarantee you that it will not go how the young Lieutenant expects.

but most know this in fact they aren’t messing with any senior enlisted like that.

I remember I had an incident with a 1LT at a gunnery once he was an XO for our Apache Troop. His own commander chewed him.

customs and courtesies is one thing. But they generally learn how to maneuver around. Most of my BOLC students already knew not to mess with their NCOs. Quick way to lose respect of your personnel.

I seena 2lt get knocked out by an e5 for tryna pull rank:manny: i was in the air force and seen the fastest to make e9 in usaf history stand when our lt walked in almost every day:manny: he wasnt at attention tho and like i said that lt always got that as you were off in the hallway:pachaha:

I'm not in the military but I've worked for them my entire adult life damn near. Most of that was just with civilians but when I was at Fort Bragg I worked directly with military.

I only seen guys stand when an O6 (Colonel) or above walked in the room (military and civilians). There was a captain whose desk was right across from me and no one ever stood when she walked in.

Granted I was working in a finance office. Maybe it's different depending on the MOS.

It’s mos dependent most definitely I was typically in BFSBs/LRS and Armor units until I ended up in Electronic warfare and artillery organizations

before my afsc (air force specialty code) was fully civilianized, i was one of 3 jr enlisted working with SNCOs and officers in communications project management. shyt was hella formal and we were rocking blues every monday :scust: and all of the civilians in our office were former enlisted who retired at e7 and up.
