I think Trump and MAGA are over if he loses on Tuesday. It was just a couple of weeks ago that he said that he’s definitely not running in 2028, if he loses the 2024 election. The man is 78 years old, and he’s already just as dementia-addled and old as Joe Biden is at 82 years old. There’s no way Trump will be lucid enough or physically capable of running for office AGAIN in 4 years. Trump has been dropping hints about this being the end of the road either way for weeks now. Just last night, he acknowledged that the rally he was at could possibly be the last one he ever does.
The Republican Party is in BIG trouble if Trump loses on Tuesday. That would be 3 straight election cycles that the party has lost (2018 + 2022 Midterm, and the 2024 Election). If Trump can’t drag himself (or the party) to win the Presidency + the House & Senate, Republicans will have to go back to the drawing board, and reexamine their positions and the party. Woman + Younger voters will make sure that Republicans lose elections from here on out. They’re going to have to pivot from MAGA, especially if Trump loses convincingly. The Republican Party at this point is for racists and incel/manosphere dweebs. That’s not a functioning political party.
