It takes a special appreciation to be sure. Same as Oly or powerlifting. Most folks won't appreciate it, and even fewer can actually do it.


Eating like it's a second job.
Hours in the gym.
Tanning and waxing.
Sacrificing things you wanna eat or do when you have to cut or travel.
Adult acne. Stretch marks.
Not being able to wear most clothes.
Not being able to wipe your own ass.
Having to turn sideways to fit through shyt.
The cost of coaching, training, eating, and supplementing.
