I wouldn't necessarily assume it was due to drugs or roids. Obviously that's possible but some people just are just genetically prone to heart problems.



And no, diuretics don't cause heart problems. In fact doctors prescribe them to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.

I just googled diuretics and heart failure, and all the results are saying they're commonly used for patients with heart failure.

I understand you aren’t really familiar with what they typically use hence why you simply googled diuretics. But the ones that almost all of them have in common is clenbuterol. People who have an extreme low BF% tend to use items like this far more. And they are extreme harsh on the heart.

Keep in mind people do Steroids and HGH for a long amount of time. But those who use diuretics are known to have issues. Such as the Zyzz dude who was mentioned above. Mixing diuretics with party drugs is a massive issue.

But doctors generally prescribe diuretics for high blood pressure and sometimes heart failure, I know because I was prescribed one. They help your body flush out extra salt and fluid.

I’d agree even though I also see more on beta or ace inhibitors but the problem is American doctors for the most part shouldn’t be prescribing them. So the issue with clenbuterol specifically is I can pretty much say that most BBs and fitness models male/female have used this drug. And it’s extremely harsh. When you become a walking science experiment who constantly pushes the body to the max the heart becomes over worked. Also consider they are likely bigger than their frames should be. I blame the dosage amounts and mixture of things they take and let’s be honest it’s also a lot of over eating.

Probably because whole milk has calcium and vitamin d (there are other ways to get these nutrients). Nothing wrong with oatmeal or water.

Steroids don’t really do anything like that. It’s the diuretics many use. It’s not HGH either. It’s a ton and I mean a ton of people that use steroids and HGH for years and years. The diuretics are what’s more dangerous and make massive impact to the heart. And people who want to maintain a low bf percentage tend to use diuretics often and at a high amount pretty often.
