Guys... those plates are fake...

CT Fletcher's record of 225lbs made 20 years ago still stands as the heavies strict curl done in a competition!

That is 135lbs if even that, those plates are made from aluminum, from the same company that makes the original ones - IVANKO, for photo and video shoots.

My bodyweight is 217lbs, if that was real would be like a universe record lol
