celebrating coaches and athletes breaking the glass ceiling in football

and

putting what coaches and athletes go through in football on the same level as the racism you see in the real world

are not mutually exclusive?

You don't get that you can do the first without also doing the second?

Or are you going to keep responding to anyone you disagree with as if they're making the exact same argument (even if they were never addressing you)? Blacks probably make up 75% of the players in college football. Probably make up a sizable portion of grad assistants that are coaching. Yet out of that much of a talent pool, only six black head coaches can be found?

sure but you are comparing one game's worth here. terribly small sample size.

Im not saying he will run before pass, what Im saying is that I want him to be a pass QB most and foremost. he was totally flabbergasted against Seattle which gave him no room to run and covered WRs well, and hes had rough patches against STL, MIA and AZ. not to mention those 3 (or was it 4) 3andouts against the pats when they tied the game.

The O Line didn't play well against the Rams. Still we should have won that game. That safety call was a bad call by the refs and we should not have run that risky play that deep that late in the game. We gave it away.

There will be growing pains with Kaep. You can't expect a finished product. Just like he gets affected by crowd noise on the road and we burn a lot of early timeouts in halves......but i'll take the bad with the good he brings.

Yeah the timeouts are the worst, I feel that was the whole implementing the new offensive packages problems though, not just Kaep's.
