I particularly like this song about people in jail, I've had numerous people in jail so I know what this like, always been in contact and tried to visit if was permitted too... I even exchanged some correspondence with Klonike Kat when he was in jail....
I gotta keep it ahunnnid breh...i grew up in DC back when it was 80% black...and i ain't never heard one person that seriously listened to Wu-Tang...until got into Military around cacs & :cornballbrother: ...but when WU was at their peak in popularity, No Limit/Rap-a-Lot had the streets on smash up here.
I remember 1 time getting a letter from a brother who was in jail, we had a mutual friend and he had got a tattoo of my crew on him. That was a trip to me, like damn. It's crazy seeing all the people it effects, like the parent/s, partners etc and how dirty the system actually is. I've seen some crazy fukked up judges in court. So I like them songs and getting that kind of insight, I think AZ, Nas and others got some similar shyt too. System is extremely racist, I've seen black and brown people go to jail for shyt a white person there's no way in hell would go to jail for. Even 1 judge said some shyt about making an example out of someone I was friends with so it sends a message back to where they came from, can't be sending people to jail for them reasons. Have helped many people with their legal cases too, am currently with a HUGE 1 going on, do any artists have any songs about that side of the equation bar Papoose?

It's all good, I'm not gonna trip off dudes opinions. It is certainly true a lot of non blacks are Wu fans, they have black following too though, and not gonna lie, 1 of my dudes who is 1 of the realest street dudes to ever exist is a fan of Wu Tang too (he's black btw) he also fukks with K-Rino too, infact I put him on to K many years ago. Among the people I know we all respect Wu, with many it wasn't to the level where it was the cult shyt but we respected them. They have a lot of corny fans too but I can't hold that against THEM in good conscious, I'd imagine every artist has their fair share of those. Cool, different perspectives and experiences I guess, being in Hip Hop I was always around that element on a diverse level so I witnessed all different opinions and views from everyone. That's part of where I got a view of shyt from, from the streets, to the artists, producers, all races, nations etc. And that's why when I say never heard ANYTHING bad said about K-Rino in real life holds some merit, to be honest I don't think I've ever seen/heard anyone in person not be amazed by his work.
