I'm going with Woah although it doesn't get nearly as much radio play (when djs are playing random throwbacks) as Ha. I'm more likely to hear Ha before I hear Woah. Beat wise it's neck & neck story wise it's neck & neck. But in the end as much as I am a fan of Mannie Fresh beats I'm going with Woah.
