I doubt he really ever left in the first place. Even when Wayne was going to "sign" with jay-z he would have still been signed to cash money. I think Juvie and BG was just allowed to do music on the side for a few years but they was always still signed to CM. If YMCMB want to do a deal they need to do something with Master P. That would be something big.
