Say man, on a up and up... There aren't many songs that give me chills or make me want literally go :scusthov: But that switch over on let the groove in is just to sick.

The production on that track is SO amazing. I really want to say it's one of the best produced tracks I've EVER heard.

The interesting thing about this album is two things. First, on each listen you pick up something new. Timbo is a master of mixing sounds.

Secondly, Timbo has grown a lot as a producer. Some of the shyt here, you can see that he has advanced as a musician in subtle ways. Peep the piano overlay on the switch up to that Strawberry BubbleGum, it's almost jazzy.

Nah, this ain't your Ginuwine/Aaliyah level Timbo, this is a guy that is finally making actual compositions now.

There is a lot of musicality in the songs on here. Particularly Let The Groove Get In. Especially live... That song was crafted and all the pieces weave together sooooo perfectly. These are not just beatsAnd Jts harmonies are more layered too than I remember. :bryan:

Ditto the more listens thing. Up to seven spins and still finding surprises.:obama::bow:

After like 50 spins end to end, I'm happy with the album. It's not FSLS, but it's not far off. Just more mature I guess is how to describe it. The fact that its 10 songs and over an hour long is a feat in itself. Timbs back on his grizzly with the song switchovers and outros. JT delivered IMO after a long layoff, CAC or not :rozay:

The 2nd half of mirrors :lawd:

I jugde an album mainly after I burn it out

and this album has no burnout, it gets better after every listen

the production and how two songs can transcend into one powerful song so effortlessly is incredible

every 2 days a different song becomes my favorite

now it's let the groove in. that second half of the song goes all the way the fukk in that early 80s jackson vibe

I have to buy this album, JT was smart for leaking it
