Everyone here knows that, it doesn't stop the fact that he makes great music even being weaker than alot of dudes vocally, which say's alot since alot of people that can sing can't make a good track let along album to save their lives.

And the ones that can are stuck in that baby making Hood nikka RnB music or just straight up boring RnB.

The weekend is currently the only RnB artist that can actually sing who's music I legitimately enjoy.

nikka :childplease: If you dont get the fukk outta here with this bullshyt.

:wow: You nikkas are unbelievable

I listen to a lot of R&B and I think I can say with complete
confidence that the Weeknd and Ginuwine don't share any similarities.

On topic :
Timbaland basically took a dump on everyone who said he
couldn't pull off a dope album without his boy there to help him.
lol.

That don't sound like something The-Weeknd took inspiration from? Especially the intro and vocals.

This lo-fi sound?

It's The Weeknd's favourite album too. It's plainly obvious too.

Subject matter is different. But, Weeknd's sound is Ginuwine/Timbo inspired.

Co-sign dude that said, a lot of posters here don't listen to a lot of RnB. Young people I guess.

People don't even know Weeknd took Ginuwine's whole sound and ran with it around here.

This is album is straight. No more, no less. People are acting like this is The ArchAndroid or Blacksummersnight, legit modern classics. Off one or two spins no less.

Gave it a second listen this morning. AOTY so far imo.

It's still pretty cold in Chicago, so I suspect that my love for the album will only grow as the weather warms up.

Let the Groove Get In is just :wow:
