this one is 1000x more egregious than blurred lines. I thought blurred lines was a bullshyt case tbh. I haven't heard suit in tie in 2 years and after listening to 30 sec of that song I could tell. Yeah they're going to be paying some bread for this
Edit: nvm it says they already paid for the sample...
Robin Thicke messed that up by saying he and Pharrell were looking for a Marvin Gaye vibe. He as saying that in every interview when that song first released.
I still think the lawsuit was BS though.
