Reminds me of that dodo @Regular_P when he said his 3rd shift Starbucks cleaning supervisor wasn’t setting him up for success because they were using off brand paper towels instead on Bounty. :brutusDahell:

This is the Catch-22 of being a Highly Touted QB in today's NFL... in that you pray to god you don't get drafted by a shytty organization.

Some of this is on Fields, but basically he had no support structure... nor does he have it now. The Bears expected him to be a MVP Caliber QB from the get-go. Now in Year 3 he's regressed because of that lack of support and David Carr-esque QB PTSD; he is seeing ghosts out there.

But this ain't a good look. Right or wrong, he costing himself future opportunities. As a black QB these organizations looking for every excuse not to give you a second chance. When straight bums like Mike Glennon and Sam Darnold stick around forever.

Sam and him had pretty similar situations to start their careers too, but you right Sam will probably hang around the league for 10 years
