Of course it’s worthless until you start bytching about some insane batshyt law the GOP are on the cusp of passing because they’ve again shifted the paradigm with no pushback. This strikes me as such a worthless take. She’s been nominated to the SC. She will be confirmed to the SC. The hearing antics of republicans may rile up hardcore democrats who are watching the hearings (IE a small minority of people) but they largely don’t matter.
The goal is to get the seat. She’s going to get the seat. I see no value in Booker’s corny performance outside of for people who sit around watching MSNBC all day.

You wannabe democratic party strategists are hilarious.
I love when you all show you don’t read articles but react anyway. Now you're shifting goal posts
If we learned anything at all after Jan. 6, 2021, it should have been that leaving misinformation and lies to fester will only encourage them to grow. And if we learned anything else, it should have been that if there are no consequences for the distortion and lies of craven opportunists like Hawley, seemingly sane Republicans will eventually and eagerly join their clown car. Jackson as responsible for child porn went from crackpot to acceptable in under a week. That is what happens when you choose not to engage with a pernicious lie.
That’s because you didn’t click the link
she Made that very point:
You have to be smarter.
Dahlia Lithwick is one of the most prominent Supreme Court reporters in the country. She follows the court more than you ever will.Especially coming from the author of that article, who claims to have watched the hearings.
Your attempts at being condescending aren’t landing. Her argument makes no sense, and is largely based on a fallacy that democrats always need to explain something harder in order for everything to be alright. It’s never been true. And given that this hearing is largely payback for Kavanaugh - a circus hearing in which he was accused of rape without merit/evidence - I don’t find this surprising. The defense has been fine, but defense is never going to match offense when it comes to generating headlines.Dahlia Lithwick is one of the most prominent Supreme Court reporters in the country. Like I said. You need to be smarter.
I’m not reading your hand wringing because you didn’t bother to read the article and yet claimed I moved goal posts.Your attempts at being condescending aren’t landing. Worse yet when the fact check boils down to “well yea judges suck when it comes to sentencing sometimes, but it was Republican judges too.”
What happen?manchin

She's being defended. The fact that only one person is going to clown levels to defend her (Booker) doesn't matter. She's going to get the seat, the people excited about it are still excited, and the people upset about it are still upset. The end.
