This is how I used to feel too. But @rodimusprime swears by the Show, the show is part of the DCAU/Timmvesre, & Dwayne McDuffie was the showrunner. So know I been wanting to give the show a shot for years now.
Too bad Warner Bros. still hasn't put out the entire series out on DVD, VOD, & SVOD. Season 1 is available on iTunes & Amazon Instant and the first half of Season 1 is on DVD, that's it.

That entire cinematic storyline from Batman TAS to Batman Beyond with JLU in between is GOAT
Crazy how I grew up watching the same cartoon transform itself into a legacy.... I ain't talkin no Simpsons stuff, I'm talkin continuity from the early 90s to the 2000s
Batman by himself to Batman and his partners to Superman to Justice League to Batman Beyond... even Static Shock
Marvel almost had that continuity with Spidey, X Men, F4 and Hulk + cameos from Blade, Punisher and Ghost Rider but they messed up with the no punching rule... still great shows
DC raised the bar on superhero animation that has yet to be duplicated.... even the direct to DVD releases
