smh at this cornball shyt. stop being subliminal and call them dudes out. I still remember riles calling out steve javie out by name and had them refs coppin pleas. this is why these guys can't stay motivated under spo. dude has no fire. get a technical foul or some shyt.
Times like this are why we need SVG

but for real though. dragic's defense is historic levels of terrible. he can't stay in front of anybody for shyt. he's offering no resistance at all to kemba. they're runnin pick and roles to get hassan out the lane then blowing by this dude with ease:mjcry:

Again, buddy isn't worth what we're paying him :yeshrug:

That being said, Dragic is not the reason we lost this game

Kemba is a tough matchup for a lot of guys so I expected Dragic to struggle against him. The thing that's disappointing is that he's basically doing the same thing to Richardson. I know 1 of them is a vet and the other is a rookie but if they're both getting lit up, at least Dragic is providing some scoring.

I was just saying this. Guys like Pop, Riley and Phil would let it be known and take that fine. These guys set like 80 ball screens a game and move on about half of them. Then once Walker or Lin get in the paint they just throw shyt up and fall down and get calls. Winslow should've gotten and-1s on both the drives he scored on in the 4th. Not to mention the 2 or 3 times Deng got fouled in the last few minutes that weren't called.

However, they didn't lose this game because of the officiating. I was only able to watch the 2nd half, but Whiteside sat for way too long in the 4th. It's fine to give Haslem some minutes to buy time for Hassan, but the guy is playing with a torn plantar fascia and was dying towards the end of his stretch in there. Winslow should've stayed in. He finally started playing well offensively, got 8 puts early in the 4th and they sat him. Richardson continues to be a bad player on the road; Kemba is lighting him up. I think they'd be better off trying Winslow on him.
we closed the deficit with hassan on the floor. it was a 4 pt game when he left. haslem should only be used when hassan needs a rest. if he can hold it down in the meantime that's great, but he should not be getting crunch time minutes over hassan. what reason was there to keep dude on the bench until 3 minutes left in the game?.....it's like spo's mind is working too damn fast and he can't process anything clearly. it really looks like he's having a nervous breakdown sometimes.

he put green in too late. and he comes in and hits two huge buckets. it made no sense bringing him but keeping hassan on the bench. best way to get green open looks is by having hassan down low to draw some attention. green needs to be sharing minutes with justise and joe. joe lookin straight up ass right now. I expect spo to make the adjustments and have green getting big minutes next game.
I doubt green gets big minutes but he'll get more minutes. Don't be surprised if he gets in and does the same bone headed stuff (hopefully he doesn't) he usually does when we think he's getting consistent. And Hassan had 5 fouls that whole time, that specific time I seen what Spo was doing having him sit because he put him in when it mattered. Even tho we had a lot of missed opportunities, Hassan missing that FT cost us at the very end

He said in the press conference that "that group had it rolling" so he rode with them. :francis:

Anyone could see Haslem was on fumes towards the end. Whiteside should've come in at around 7 mins at the latest.

hassan had 4 fouls. and he did miss a ft, but without him we prolly don't even get that 1 pt. dude is like the only player on our team that consistently draws fouls.

I didn't really watch basketball back when we had him. Why did we get rid of him? I always thought he was a good coach
Him and Shaq were beefing, the team was underachieving after going 59-23 the year before and a Wade rib injury cost them a trip to the finals. Riley axed him, and the team started defending better partly due to him playing Alonzo in the clutch instead too while Stan wouldn't. Still they won at a great pace when Shaq was on the floor. His panic and refusal to coast, and especially his willingness to speak even if it gets him in trouble are sorely missed.

I could be wrong, but I was pretty sure Hassan only had 4 fouls at the time. If I'm wrong then I have no problem with it, but if he only had 4 I think Spo waited too long
