the east is so evenly matched it really don't matter. I want 3rd for homecourt, but we're gonna have to go through the cavs and toronto either way

They better focus. A string of 2 losses and we're out of the playoffs. 9 and 10 arent that far away.

I just want to knock Cleveland out of the playoffs...

:mjlol:

Would Whiteside be authorized to take the 3 if he were open too?

Chill fam, he's had one mediocre season. It's not like we've been making excuses for a player who's been a black hole his whole career.
I'm not even saying he's having a bad season, imo this season for him has been pretty good. The problem is his focus isn't there against certain teams and there's no reason why. I guarantee he comes out juiced up ready to play on Saturday. This team don't have the luxury of picking and choosing which match ups they are going to get up for.

Been saying wade needs to rest a few games. He obviously is playing for a new contract but he's hit a wall. 65 games is and should be his max

Spo gon spo tho. 8 man rotations baby
Its about the money but its also about pride man Pat calling him out pretty much saying Wade needs to get in better shape but he also needs to learn to play thru aches and pains.

Wade trying to show all the talking heads Pat himself that he can play thru minor injury. He wants to show everything that he can be rely on when the narrative was the last few years that he wasn't.

Spo has got to give Green & McRoberts minutes i feel like older guys like Johnson, Deng, Wade are going to wear down before the playoff with them playing a more uptempo style they cant be playing 35 minutes a night at there age. Even are rookies who have young legs are going to get tired and hit that rookie wall

Pretty much. Which is why I wish he could've really continued working on that 3-point shot back in 08-09. It looked like Wade was developing that shot back then. Buuut...it's too late now..or maybe not. Jason Kidd did it.

6 3 pointers in a game seems so long ago. :mjcry:

I was checking the video of Spo pre game talking about the Richardson story and not allowing him to leave the gym. I was this close to coming on here and heaping praise on Spo, maybe this guy ain't so bad after all. Then he comes out here and draws up a Wade 3 for the game tying play :snoop: this is why I keep my foot on his neck.

That will forever be one of my biggest issues with Wade and his career. Maaan, developing that 3-point shot would make things so much easier for him out there. Continuing to rely on getting down on the block, pump-faking, and drawing HARD fouls takes it's toll on the body. Especially a 6'4 34yr old SG. A player like LBJ has the size to keep playing that way and may actually benefit him as he gets older.
