Have u EVER seen progress out of any young player on offense since Spo has been the coach?
This isnt Spo's fault. If you are trying to bring up Beasley that bum was too focused on trying to be a star before he could even get play time.
Even if it was Spo's fault, Pat Riley is also notorious for not knowing how to develop young players. Thus why he rarely gave them playing time. There have been a few here and there that managed to get some shine but nowhere near the likes of.. say.. SA's coaching staff. Same thing for Phil Jackson.
