Decent team, no future. You had title worthy teams, so you should be able to recognize how you're just in the way :ld:

You should have never disrespected ECR

Get on 2k & receive this work :demonic:

Honestly, I'm not worried. We're definitely not clicking yet, the East is looking relatively strong this year, and we're still beating teams due to our consistent defensive effort plus our starting unit might no be an offensive firepower because our only consistent real runner is Dragic but we are still hard to stop because when the game slows down, we got a team that has veterans who can simply create.

It's hard to stop Wade, Bosh, Whiteside, and even Dragic if any of them are engaged because they're just talented. And even if you put a big strong team that can cause them difficulty, moving Bosh to Center and going young can be a nightmare matchup simply due to the pace and intensity of guys like Winslow, Bumpy, Green, and such with a veteran presence like Bosh.

Also, I'm not stressing Dragic. Moreso than Chalmers and Cole, teams will still respect Dragic because he's still a threat so teams can't just forget about him. People don't understand what it must have been like to go from one of the faster paced team in the leagues that focused on pace and shooting to go one of the slowest teams in the league who do their damage through defense and half-court sets.

Last year, guys would be doubling off Chalmers and Cole, because they were such non-threats, that Bosh or Whiteside would struggle and couldn't make teams pay.

Dragic isn't trying to force stuff and I appreciate that. He's also a player that defenses have to respect so you can't just roam off of him like he's a non-factor.

I'm sure most of us will like appreciate him more when Wade sits to rest for a bit and we put Green or so in the starting lineup so Spo gives him a little more freedom in the lineup.

Ps. No one is talking about it but our team is pretty damn clutch. From our bench to our starters, we got guys who can just...make plays.

Winslow's tip in, Johnson's floater at the end of the 3rd, Bosh's insane and one and his clutch three, Wade's everything (Dude is still one of the best SG in the league, IMO), and such.

Ps. Winslow has IT.

Dude has veteran decision making and instincts to go along with it. In the future, I think Bumpy will have more explosive and high scoring games while Whiteside will be our cornerstone, and our most dominant player, but Winslow is gonna be that quiet star that is quietly the engine that makes the Heat great (As he gets older).

He does something, a decision every game, that will quietly make you go :whoo: when you realize it even if he doesn't touch the ball on a possession.

-He'll put a body on someone so they have to commit to boxing him out to make things easier for our guys to rebound.

-He'll quietly inch up or down the weakside to create more favorable space for people cutting through the floor while constantly looking for his opponent to take his eyes off him to cut himself.

-He knows when to hound and reach on defense but he also has the defensive awareness to know how to properly funnel defenders into bigs or set up Whiteside for weakside blocks by either forcing players to shoot earlier or later than they want.

That's crafty shyt that I'd expect from guys like from dudes that have been in the league for 5-6 years and he's understanding / implementing as a ROOKIE. :merchant:

Whiteside and Winslow might be a defensive nightmare like Butler and MVP Noah or George + Hibbert used to be except Whiteside is an offensive monster too.

Chris Bosh was leading our team in scoring (2nd now with Wade beating him by .5 PPG after last night), 2nd in rebounding, and is only losing out to Hassan Whiteside in scoring efficiency.

He's also been pretty damn great defensively as a PnR big and as an defensive anchor with the younger guys while shooting 37% (Leading our team) from 3 as our best three point shooter despite having the most attempts.

How many mobile, defensive minded 4s do you know that shoot 3s at a great clip while almost averaging double digit rebounds? :birdman:

Like Bosh ain't putting up better stats than Aldridge or Love right now :birdman:

nikkas need to stop disrespecting Bosh. Nah, he's not a max contract player but Bosh is an extremely unique player and he's a perfect power forward in today's league.

He's an elite floor spacer and great in almost every single category that you want your PF to be good at, he's just not elite in anything but he's still great.

You're not finding many players that are great in as many things that Bosh is even if you find ones that are better in other ways (Bosh isn't a defender like Ibaka but he's a much better scorer, he's not the scorer Cousins but he's much smarter and better defensively) so we gon stop this Bosh slander.

:camby:

I don't care if we call him out during a bad game but nikkas acting like not averaging 18.1 PPG (56 TS%) and 9.9 REB while shooting 37% from 3 plus being a great defensive presence despite us being one of the slowest paced teams in the league.

No reason we should have been down 17 to the Sixers

I knew w they have a huge front court that can pose problems but still.

I disagree. Bosh was integral in every part of our success during LeEra and what we are doing now. He sacrificed a lot almost to a fault for the benefit of the team. I give him a pass this season for being inconsistent because of his injury last season. He has a very unique skill set and brought us two championships so he deserves the max.
