Whiteside has halted the ball movement in many possessions. Did you not see that Wade had scored most of his points in the third quarter after he stopped looking for Whiteside ? His teammates always look for Whiteside to score, but he has a hard time returning that favor to his teammates.

yea but wade got a lot of his buckets off whiteside screens. hassan does need to improve on finding his teammates, but we can't ignore the fact that they get many wide open looks because of him. he wasn't even that bad with the ball hogging tonight. really just that one possession where he rebounded his own shot then threw up an air ball. besides that, most of his shots came within the flow of the offense.

and is it just me or does dragic NEVER pass hassan the ball. I don't think he's passed him the ball more than 10 times all season

Just got in from the game. Place was real hyped, especially considering Kobe wasn't even playing. This was my first game attending since game 6 against Indiana 2014. It felt real good to be back in town. Whiteside gobbled up every board out there. Kid really has the talent to be special in the league. Loved the passing by Wade. The defense was fantastic in the second half and the energy from the bench was great. The crowd got so loud off that crossover by 8 and the fast break dunk by McRoberts. Felt good seeing us fly down the court again, and that depth tonight. Wade and Whiteside didn't even play in the 4th and they won handily. If our 3 point shooting comes around, look out. We got the pieces.

We going to have to drive to Orlando for the last chance to see Kobe play

I thought that was our chance to see him and Wade. My brother is going tomorrow. I might have to check ticket prices too. Might be my last chance.

Yeah that's something my brother noticed at the game right away. If he gets the ball within 12 feet of the rim he's not passing to anyone. He'll keep learning though. As for Dragic, he is trying to learn a lot of new teammates. May take a bit but I'm confident he's gonna figure it out.
