watching season 6 finale right now

Cersei killing the Faith all at once, Arya killing Walter Frey :banderas:

season 6 episodes 9 & 10 is still the greatest 1-2 episode stretch that show has ever had, once you see the ending of that current Ep there’s is no way you won’t immediately be hyped up for the next season

season 7 feels too rushed in places because it’s only 7 eps, but it’s still pretty fire, it’s season 8 that’ll fukk you up

Two Birds, One Throne :wow:

People hate season 7. I loved it. One of my favorite seasons :manny:

season 8 was fine until the last few episodes which was terrible.

A bad season is not going to undo all the years i've loved the show.

normally I agree with your last sentence, but I honestly don’t think I could ever rewatch this show after seeing so many 7 year long story’s and character arcs go absolutely nowhere, whether it being completely forgotten/thrown out, or it just not making sense.

The Wire had a weak final season 5 compared to the rest, but at least it had character endings that made sense to their character ect. With GOT it has seriously never been so evident that the writers were in a rush as it has been with literally any other show.

I agree with the bolded. Those guys (David Benioff, and D. B. Weiss) are scumbags. They rushed GOT to do Star-Wars, and their next HBO show. Then dropped out of Star-Wars :mindblown: I don't know them guys personally, but they come across as very smug, and nonchalant with what they've done. I remember one interview they had (i'll avoid spoilers but you probably know which one i'm talking about) they said one of their most important characters. Written so well the whole series "just kinda forgot about" something:heh:

I'm still tight about how they ruined the ending. But even though there were way better endings online than what we got. Characters were acting out of character like TWD. And the endgame for some of the characters were pointless, and anticlimactic. GOT is still one of my favorite shows. I'd rewatch season 1-7, and probably 3 episodes from season 8. Especially if i'm watching with a first time watcher.

There are people on the internet who act like the show was never good. The show is simply dead to them now. It never happened. I think it's a bit extreme.

I would say the majority of fans would say stop at Season 6's finale. That's reasonable to me even though i love season 7 :ehh:

Season 7 was a step down, but that’s still a very high bar compared to most shows, I still enjoyed it , especially the cargo ambush and beyond the wall, no normal tv show is putting out shyt like that

@obarth @HiiiPower
Euron (to Jaime): Listen, if you have any advice at all, I’d love to hear it when we have an hour or two to speak as brothers.

Jaime: Advice?

Euron: Does she like it gentle or rough? A finger in the bum? Shh shh, not now. We’ll talk later.
Breh was treating Cersei like Future would've :pachaha:
Imagine him approaching Jamie talking bout how he fukked his sis in some Greyjoy tube socks:bryan:
