Just started playing Dark Souls

Best game this generation breh, I love the challenge and the game was never unfair, as soon as I learned how to properly work the combat system I was a beast. I never really learned to parry good tho but thats ok cause my character was quick and strong with power weapons, im an expert at dodging and one shotting most enemies

sort of. but it seems you can only 'summon' them when you're near certain bosses. you can 'summon' AI companions as well

I'm still trying to figure it out myself. but I had a human and AI companion for my fight with the Bell Gargoyles, and it helped a lot

edit: and the trade-off is when you're 'human' you also run the risk of other players "invading" you on some pvp shyt. and of course they have have some character that they built just for that, while you're just some noob that can't shoot fire...

damn i didnt even know this game was that deep, im definitely going to play through my first time normally and on my ng+ go terrorize some people

lol yea i hope this nikka does not play any games....shyt reminds me of the mayor in Metal Gear Rising. I got all fire resistance set, dude barely damages me...all +10, lighting +5 uchi and claymore and STILL cannot beat this nikka.

Game is so brutal in terms of difficulty, yet so rewarding, it is one of the most piff series this generation. I feel like I'm playing an old Nintendo game. Kind of like a new age Faxanadu or Wizardry.

play it, you won't regret it...it will be hard in the beginning because you'll have no idea what to do so it will be discouraging at times but once you find out how shyt works its like
