Just saw Wild with Reese Witherspoon

this movie was about walking and i didn't walk out
on the real it was a very good movie...maybe reese first movie that wasn't a comedy? she hikes from the mexcian border all the way to portland on a PCT trail (i looked it up and cacs really do this)....takes 3 months and she does it alone and meets random people along the way.
reese witherspoon gets naked and shows her boobs in this movie. she gets ate out by some dude and gets her back blown out guess she's trying to get that oscar

Anyway, the movie sounds like a snooze fest... until you said reese witherspoon gets naked and shows her boobs in this movie

I liked this Movie though.

It's a movie about a white girl who basically had everything, lost her mother, threw away all the happiness she had by becoming a slut and a druggie, breaks up with simp boyfriend, goes hiking completely unprepared like an idiot, gets appreciation for being one of the few women to do that hiking shyt and finds herself again.

Of course because it's a true story written by the woman herself, this is somehow spun into a feminist tale instead of a "Yeah, I fukked up a good life alienating all my friends but at least I found respect for myself walking a desert" tale.

Putting that aside, As a movie it works. it's an engrossing survival story that keeps your attention while it lasts with a strong performance by Witherspoon and just one or two clichés too many (the redneck hunter rapist was really bad), but some entertaining exchanges between characters and detailed introspective make up for it.
