read some article where Desi chicks were goin in on this dude.
As far as I know this movie is based on their real life relationship :smugford:This dude is an atheist, so why is he making a movie posing as a Muslim? These guys are pushing for diversity but their big roles have them lusting after white women?
Fair enough . I'm fine with people being atheist or whatever religion and having interracial relationships in real life, my point was just to say these movies and shows (i.e. Master of None) never show the woman of color as an object of desire. It's always a white woman/man as the ultimate goal in romance. As far as I know this movie is based on their real life relationship :smugford:
In the movie he says he's not Muslim. He goes down to the basement and pretends he praying and goes back upstairs so his parents thinks that he prayed. He was playing games on his phone. This dude is an atheist, so why is he making a movie posing as a Muslim?
